All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Free Shipping: Available for selected orders or promotions (if applicable).
- Self Pickup: Customers may choose to pick up their orders at our physical store with no shipping charges.
Delivery Time
- West Malaysia: 2–5 business days
- East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 3–7 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or WhatsApp.
Large Item Delivery
For bulky items such as drum sets or large instruments, delivery arrangements may vary. Additional shipping charges or special handling may apply. Our team will contact you if necessary.
